1. Scope of Services

Ted’s Collective offers services including but not limited to:

  • Branding & Identity Design

  • Website Design & Development

  • Creative Strategy & Consultation

  • Content Creation

  • Digital Campaigns

The exact services will be detailed in a formal proposal, quote, or project scope document. All deliverables and timelines will be mutually agreed upon before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely feedback, approvals, and content assets.

  • Appoint a point of contact for communication.

  • Respect deadlines and payment terms as outlined in the invoice or agreement.

Delayed feedback or unresponsive communication may impact delivery timelines.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required upfront for all projects.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery or prior to website launch/asset handover.

  • For retainer or ongoing services, payment is due monthly in advance.

Late payments may result in paused work or additional late fees (typically 2% per month overdue).

4. Revisions Policy

Each project includes a fixed number of revision rounds (usually 2).
Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly or per-revision rate as specified in your proposal.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client.

  • Ted’s Collective retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Preliminary concepts, drafts, or unused ideas remain the property of Ted’s Collective.

6. Confidentiality

All confidential information shared during the project will be treated with discretion. NDAs can be signed upon request.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • If a project is cancelled by the client after commencement, the initial deposit is non-refundable.

  • If more than 50% of the project has been completed, a final invoice will be issued reflecting work done to date.

  • Ted’s Collective reserves the right to cancel a project due to non-payment, breach of agreement, or unprofessional conduct.

8. Timelines & Delays

We strive to meet agreed deadlines. However, delays caused by incomplete client input, feedback delays, or change in scope may result in revised delivery dates.

9. Liability

Ted’s Collective is not liable for:

  • Any business losses or damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Errors in materials after client approval.

  • Third-party plugins, platforms, or services used within a project.

10. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Any updates will be communicated prior to taking effect.
